At Weingärtner post-apprenticeship training is a reality. Future managerial personnel complete A-Levels alongside their apprenticeships.

What should one do when as a “late starter” one feels ready to get going? Simply join the Weingärtner Next Generation scheme, which opens the door to courses at various training facilities. A wealth of possibilities is available, which can take the form of evening classes at the higher technical colleges in Vöcklabruck and Wels, or other basic, further and advanced training opportunities.
